How To: Get a Killer BUTT

Who can figure it: Women like men with buns of steel.
Galvanize yours with this tweak to the classic deadlift. Instead of the large 45-pound weight plates you usually load onto the bar, use 25-pound plates (but still the same total weight you’d normally lift). The smaller diameter weight plates will allows the bar to got closer the the floor, forcing you to extend your range of motion during your deadlifts. “This not only makes you move the weight a greater distance-which builds more muscle-it builds strength at the bottom opart of the move, where guys are usually weakest.” says Alwyn Cosgrove, CSCS, owner of Cosgrove Results Training, in Newhall California.
