Sweet Potato for Models and Bodybuilders

Everyone wants that lean and sexy body.  It takes a lot of hard work.  You'll have to workout in the gym, run, do some cardio, and more.  However, I'd like to tell you one liberating statement that you should live by, "Abs are not made in the gym, they're made in the kitchen."  That's right. No matter, how much you workout, it doesn't mean a thing if you don't eat the right kind of food.

No matter if you're an ordinary bloke or a body builder, you'll benefit from eating sweet potatoes.  This root crop is a complex carbohydrate that has a low glycemic index rating.  It ranks as number one in nutrition of all vegetables, fetching the score of 184 from the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI).  The reason sweet potatoes took the first place was because of its dietary fiber, naturally occurring sugars, complex carbohydrates, protein, vitamins A and C, iron and calcium. The vegetable ranking second place was more than 100 points behind, having the score of 83. Check this out:

Another tip:
To find out how much carbohydrate you need, multiply your lean body mass (Fat free bodyweight) by 0.8 and that will give you the total grams of carbohydrates you need to consume per day. Divide that number by 3 and that equals the amount of carbohydrate grams you will have for Meal 1, on your meal prior to the workout and on your meal after the workout.
