Blonde bombshell Erin Andrews who is a populare ESPN sports reporter made news due to an unauthorized online video that was released. Apparently, this video was of her naked self in her hotel room, recorded througha peephole. The video with a title, “Hot naked blonde who looks a lot like a sports blogger favorite in her hotel room” was upploaded on July 16, 2009 by the website NSFWpoa.com.

After a countless barrage of warning letters from ESPN lawyers, NSFWpoa decided to take the video down. The latest update about this issue is that the video is back up. ESPN said they'll take legal action agains any website who is hosting the video.

Meat for Motility

Wanna give your swimmers a boost? Recent studies found that there are two dietary supplements which give men suffering with fertility problems faster, stronger sperm. In a study conducted by the Fertility and Sterility journal, infertile men who were tasked of taking two grams (g) of L-carnitine (a type of amino acid) and 1 g of L-acetyl-carnitine every day for six months exhibited increased sperm motility and number of motile sperm. During the study, four men impreganted their partners. In addition, carnitines are thought to provide a boost on athletic performance despite the lack of scientific support.
You can find these sperm improving supplements in red meat, avocados and various dairy products.

Chicken, may it be broiled of grilled is tasty. Here's something you didn't know: leaving the skin on will make it as fat-filled as beef. If you remove the skin though, it'll be drier than swallowing toast - with only your saliva to down it. To solve this problem without sacrificing the juicy goodness, poke a few dozen holes on the chicken skin using a fork before roasting it. Doing this will allow the fat to drip out while keeping the meat moist, says Steven Raichlen, sndicated columnist, chef and author of High-Flavor, Low-Fat Cooking, published by Viking. To add flavor, add a lil bit of spice: pepper, ginger or garlic under the skin. As the chicken cooks and the fat oozes out, the flavor of the spices will seep in.

The Myth About Morning Exercises

Are cardiovascular exercises on an empty stomach first thing in the morning worth it?

First and foremost, anything on an empty stomach is a bad idea. Your body needs fuel for you to function effectively, more so if you'll be doing an intensive activity which require burning a lot of fuel.

In the morning, your body temperature is at its lowest. It will take a significantly longer time to warm up, getting you muscles, joints and nerves working right together. Warm ups are essential because it protects you from injury. The next thing is that in the morning, your Cortisol levels are at its peak. It is at its highest in the morning. This stress hormone is what signals your body to consume muscle (proteins) for energy.

That being said, morning exercises would have a muscle-wasting effect. You may have heard that people say that you'll burn fat instead of carbs when working out before breakfast. Be informed: THAT IS A MYTH! Fat gets burned when you sleep mostly. When you get up, you have a tank-full of carbohydrate-derived fuel.

Exercise is best done at a time when your body is ready for it. It doesn't matter whatever time of the day it is. If it happens to be in the morning - at least eat something first.

Bachelor Booze: Long Island Iced Tea

I remembered watching a show one time where a guy was being interviewed. When asked, "What is your favorite drink?" - he said, "Long Island Iced Tea." It sorta bothered me coz all the while, I thought it was just a girl's drink. Apparently it's not the case. I was talking to my cousin who worked as a bartender. She said that Long Island can be one of the cheaper choice for classy people - but who cares right?? If college men gulp pitchers of it, then that means it gets the seal of approval. Here's 2 versions of Bachelor Booze: Long Island Iced Tea.



Traditional Version 1
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz tequila
2 oz sour mix
Mix with ice and then top with Cola.

Sophisticated Version 2
2 cups ice cubes
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce gin
1 ounce white rum
1 ounce white tequila
1/2 ounce triple sec
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup Cola, or to taste 2 lemon wedges
